Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has revised its seven broadband plans with a monthly rent increase of up to Rs. 30. The new revision will be applicable at the Indian level in all telecommunication circles in which the state operator provides its services from Saturday, August 1. BSNL also notifies existing broadband users of the update. Along with the changes regarding its broadband plans, the operator has also increased its fixed line plans for both new and existing subscribers.
BSNL's Chennai division has posted a notice on its site to announce the revision of its broadband plans. The changes are there for seven new and existing subscriber broadband plans.
