Rajasthan Prime Minister Ashok Gehlot is likely to call an assembly session next week to show his strength in the House, sources told NDTV.
Gehlot met with Governor Kalraj Mishra on Saturday, hours after two MLAs from a regional party that withdrew support from the congressional government announced that they will back the administration. Although the Chief Minister called it a courtesy meeting, sources suggest that he indicated to the Governor that he would like to convene a session of the assembly next week.
