Joe Biden was unusually tight on Tuesday about the final leg of his search for a vice president. But the alleged Democratic presidential candidate seemed prepared to speak to at least one main contender: California Senator Kamala Harris.
While answering journalists' questions Tuesday, Biden had notes that were captured by an Associated Press photographer. Harris's name was written across the top, followed by five talking points.
"Don't hold a grudge." "Campaign with me and Jill". "Talented." "Great help for the campaign." "Great respect for her."
