Anyone who wants to meet Himachal Pradesh Governor Bandaru Dattatreya must bring a negative COVID-19 test report, according to an order issued by Raj Bhavan.
"Himachal Pradesh Raj Bhavan has issued an order, asking people visiting the Raj Bhavan to meet with the Governor to obtain a negative report of the COVID-19 test," said Rakesh Kanwar, Secretary to the Governor.
Meanwhile, the Sirmaur district administration imposed a curfew on the city of Nahan on Saturday until 7 am on July 21 in light of the growing cases of COVID-19.
Pursuant to the order issued by the District Magistrate's (DM) office, all stores except pharmacies and liquor stores will remain closed during the period.
However, all government offices and banks will remain open during the period. The DM has also ordered disinfection to be carried out throughout the Nahan City area.
The number of COVID-19 cases in Himachal Pradesh increased to 1,457 on Saturday.
