Candidates to head the World Trade Organization urged members to make a decision quickly on Wednesday and address what one described as a "deep crisis" when the investigation process began.
Nominations from eight countries, including three women, three African candidates and a former Saudi air force pilot, have been submitted to replace Brazil's Roberto Azevedo, who will step down a year earlier in late August.
