What relaxation will be available in the third phase of lock down

• No activity in the red zone
• Buses can run in the Green Zone with half the population
• Bus depot operating with 50 percent population
• There will be online delivery of essential goods in the Red Zone.
• Approval of MNREGA work
• Liquor and betel shops will be opened in the green zone
• There will be two yards in these shops, not more than five people once
• Permission to operate vehicles for essential work within districts in Orange Zone
• Two people besides the driver approved to sit in a taxi in Orange Zone
• Conditional permission to open industries in urban areas
• Permission for manufacturing of essential goods
• Permission to manufacture renewable energy
• Private offices can be opened in Red zone with 33 percent people
• Construction work approved in the red zone of rural areas
• Permission to open all shops in rural areas also
• Permission granted for agricultural work
• Health facilities will remain operational
• OPD service in progress with social distancing
• Bank, NBFC, insurance company allowed to open
• Indian postal facility will be available
• Permission to open most private institution in Red Zone
• Conditional approval to open IT hardware and jute industry in Red Zone
• Permission of fisheries including animal husbandry

• Government offices will remain open, offices will be opened with 33 percent population

What will be closed in the third phase

• Schools and colleges will be closed in every zone
• In every zone, from seven in the morning to seven in the morning, there is a ban on coming for non-essential work.
